This company has been really helpfull…

This company has been really helpfull in sorting out the landlord certificates that are required for the safety and efficient running of all sort of poperties.They have been punctual on thier jobs and have always proved to be time and money efficient.Their engineers have never compromised on safety.I got EICR services from this company and they provided me all the adequate information regarding the inspectiona.Furthermore their management team was very polite and clear in the services they are provided.Thia company is very reliable and i am looking further to work with them👍

No show !

inspection booked for an EICR 1 month ago, paid in full, my tenant and I took the morning off work but no-one turned up, no warning or notice that they wouldn't do the inspection ! Still waiting for my refund, useless operators, cutting me off the phone and not calling back when they said they would. do not waste your time or money, this company is a sad joke.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They wasted both my time and money, and I found their service to be highly unsatisfactory.The certificate they provided lacked clarity and did not include any clear explanation or recommendations. Instead, they stated that further investigation was required and quoted a significantly higher fee to proceed, which felt unreasonable.I later consulted two qualified electricians who reviewed the report and both agreed that it was extremely vague and not professionally prepared. Subsequently, another qualified engineer assessed the situation and was able to provide a satisfactory certificate without issue.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
