I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They wasted both my time and money, and I found their service to be highly unsatisfactory.The certificate they provided lacked clarity and did not include any clear explanation or recommendations. Instead, they stated that further investigation was required and quoted a significantly higher fee to proceed, which felt unreasonable.I later consulted two qualified electricians who reviewed the report and both agreed that it was extremely vague and not professionally prepared. Subsequently, another qualified engineer assessed the situation and was able to provide a satisfactory certificate without issue.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We had an urgent request for numerous draft EPC's reports for a refurbishment project in London - other providers were not able to arrange a visit until the following week but 'London Safety Certificate' were able to assign an Assessor to visit the site the next day and we were in receipt of the reports within 24 hours. From both the initial contact with Amna at LSC and the Assessor the service and communication was 5* throughout. Would highly recommend
