(04) What happens if I get C1 or C2?
C1 (Danger present): this indicates an immediate safety risk. The installation is unsatisfactory until the danger is made safe.
C2 (Potentially dangerous): this also means the installation is unsatisfactory and remedial work is required.
We’ll clearly explain what the codes mean, what needs fixing, and the next steps so you can move forward quickly.
(05) Do you offer remedial works and re-test?

arranging next steps so you can achieve a satisfactory outcome as efficiently as possible.
(If you already have an electrician, you can still use the report to complete the repairs and then arrange a follow-up assessment if needed.)
